One of my dear friends Angèle is a young chef in Paris whose catering business La Guinguette d’Angèle specialises in healthy cooking. Her food has the French bio-organic tick of approval, is gluten free and uses only locally grown, powerfully healthy ingredients.
Her styling is also something special. Her use of delicate flowers, berries and herbs makes each piece a little artwork unto itself. Angele and I lived together in Paris for a few months and I can testify that her creations are not only beautiful but absolutely, ridiculously, delicious.

Ten or so years ago Cox bought a run down house perched on the cliffs of Tangiers. A lot of care and thought has gone into the renovation of the house and bringing alive of the garden. The one and a half acre garden is long and narrow and has a high white masonry wall on one side and cliff edge on the other. Within the garden he has a free standing library, swimming pool, guesthouse, chicken coop, stone paths, terraces, and flower and vegetable beds. It’s a relaxed design, and looks like a total pleasure to be amongst.
